By creating an account or using the SendAppTo.Me service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SendAppTo.Me provides a platform that allows app developers ("Customers") to embed an SMS widget on their websites. The widget enables website visitors to send themselves a download link for a mobile application via SMS. We act as an intermediary — we do not originate marketing messages; Customers configure the app link and control who their widget is accessible to.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- The Service costs $14.99/month plus per-SMS fees based on the destination country.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. SMS fees are billed based on actual usage.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including telemarketing and anti-spam laws (e.g., TCPA, GDPR, CASL).
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or any harmful content via SMS.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Exceed any rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions.
5. SMS Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all SMS messages sent through your widget comply with applicable telecommunications regulations in your target countries. This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining appropriate consent from recipients where required by law.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or via your dashboard.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee SMS delivery — message delivery depends on third-party carriers and is outside our direct control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendAppTo.Me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered customers of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
